接英国文化教育协会通知，根据新冠肺炎防控要求，为做好雅思复考后的疫情防控工作，所有报名参加湖北省教育对外交流服务中心雅思机考的考生都需要了解并遵循以下防控措施：
1、根据武汉市最新来（返）汉政策，考试当日，所有考生扫场所码，显示绿码后方可进入考场（武汉市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部2022年第8号通告）。
1）“场所码”展示界面显示“来汉返汉不满5天”标记提示的考生不得进入考场（武汉市疫情防控指挥部办公室，2022年11月26日）。
2）高风险区来汉考生（以“场所码”的行程记录为准），需提供“落地检”及7天内4次核酸检测阴性结果方可入场（新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）。
2、所有考生须在考试日当天上午入考场时出示48小时内（覆盖上午考试进场时间）核酸检测阴性证明电子或纸质版。
3、您的口试和笔试考场为湖北省武汉市武昌区中北路汉街总部国际A座40层。
请在入场截止时间前40分钟抵达汉街总部国际A座，在一楼办理相关登记手续，扫脸通过门禁系统，乘坐高区电梯(电梯区间26-40层)直达40层考场(周一至周五上午8:00-9:00，下午12:00-13:00，电梯较为拥堵，请合理规划时间安排)。
4、考生在指定入口进出时，须遵循以下要求：
1) 必须全程佩戴口罩。
2) 出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）须在指定时间进入考场，家长/陪考人员一律禁止进入考场。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出考场的时间只限于当天上午，考生不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求进入考场。
3) 出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。

Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement for IELTS Test at Hubei Education International IELTS on Computer Test Centre

As informed by the British Council in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures after test resumption following the instructions on COVID-19 prevention and control all candidates who have registered for IELTS test at Hubei Education International IELTS on Computer Test Centre are required to understand and follow the following important notice:
1.According to the latest policy，on the test day all candidatesmust scan the “venue code” andmake sure the code is green before entering the test venue (No.8 announcement from COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters of Wuhan 2022).
1）Candidates are not allowed to enter the test venue ifthe“venuecode”indicates that he/she has not stayed in Wuhan for at least 5 days (Office of COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters of Wuhan Nov. 26 2022).
2）Candidates from high-risk areas (depend on travel history on “venue code”) are not allowed to enter the test venue unless they can present negative nucleic acid test certificate both on the first day when theyarrive in Wuhan and for 4 times within 7 days validity period (COVID-19 prevention and control scheme of China Edition 9).
2. All candidates must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate（in electronicor paper version）within 48 hours validity period on test day morning (covering the entry time of the morning test).
3. The test venue (including Speaking and Writing session) is located on the 40th floor block A of Han Street Headquarters International Zhongbei Road Wuchang District Wuhan city Hubei Province.
All candidates are requested to arrive at the block A of Han Street Headquarters International 40 minutes before the test check-in time to complete the registration on the 1st floor scan face for the entrance guard system and take the elevator for high floors (26th -40th floor) to the test venue (during 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 12:00-13:00 p.m. the elevator will be over-crowding. Please make a rational time
4. Before entering our test venue all candidates should follow the instructions below:
1) All candidates must wear masks all times in the test venue.
2) All candidates must present the IELTS admission ticket for the test of the day. All candidates (including minors under the age of 18) are required to enter the test venue at the designated time on the admission ticket. Parents/attendants are not allowed to enter the test venue. If the test is in the morning the access to the test venue is limited to the morning of the test day. All candidates are not allowed to enter the test venue at any other time on the grounds that they want to get familiar with the test venue.
3) All candidates must present their passport or ID card.
