接英国文化教育协会通知，根据新冠肺炎防控要求，为做好雅思复考后的疫情防控工作，所有报名参加湖北省教育对外交流服务中心雅思机考的考生都需要了解并遵循以下防控措施：
1、考试当日，根据国务院实时发布的最新疫情等级信息，来自国内高风险地区和境外或尚处在居家隔离期内的考生不可进入考场参加雅思考试。所有考生须在考试日当天上午入考场时出示并提交24小时内（覆盖上午考试进场时间）纸质核酸检测阴性证明。所有考生须确保 “武汉战役”、 “国务院7天行程卡” 均为绿码，同时体温低于37.3℃方可参加考试。入场后请全程佩戴口罩。不接受7日内有湖北省外旅居史的考生（以国务院行程卡显示的7天行程记录为准）。
2、您的口试和笔试考场为湖北省武汉市武昌区中北路汉街总部国际A座40层。
请在入场截止时间前40分钟抵达汉街国际总部A座，在一楼办理相关登记手续，扫脸通过门禁系统，乘坐高区电梯(电梯区间26-40层)直达40层考场(周一至周五上午8:00-9:00，下午12:00-13:00，电梯较为拥堵，请合理规划时间安排)。
3、考生在指定入口进出时，须遵循以下要求：
1) 必须佩戴口罩。
2) 所有考生须在考试日当天上午入考场时出示并提交24小时内（覆盖上午考试进场时间）纸质核酸检测阴性证明。所有考生须出示个人“武汉战疫”健康码，并通过微信小程序搜索国务院客户端，点击便民服务中的防疫行程卡，以提供过去7天的行程记录绿码，没有双绿码不能进入考场。不接受7日内有湖北省外旅居史的考生（以国务院行程卡显示的7天行程记录为准）。
3) 出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）须在指定时间进入考场，家长/陪考人员一律禁止进入考场。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出考场的时间只限于当天上午，考生不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求进入考场。
4) 出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。
5) 测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入考场。

Notice on Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement for IELTS Test at Hubei Education International IELTS on Computer Test Centre (Updated on 7th Oct. 2022)
As informed by the British Council in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures after test resumption following the instructions on COVID-19 prevention and control test takers who have registered for IELTS test at Hubei Education International IELTS on Computer Test Centre are required to understand and follow the following important notice:
1. On the test day according to the latest epidemic level information released by The State Council of China in real time candidates from high-risk areas in China overseas or under home quarantine are not allowed to enter the test venue. All candidates must present and submit a printed negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours validity period(covering the entry time of the morning test). All candidates must ensure that the “Hubei Health Code” and "travelling code for the past 7 days” are green and valid codes and that their body temperatures are below 37.3℃. 2. The test venue (including Speaking and Writing session) is located on 40th floor block A of Han Street Headquarters International Zhongbei Road Wuchang District Wuhan city Hubei Province. Test takers are requested to arrive at the block A of Han Street Headquarters International 40 minutes before the test check-in time to complete the registration on the 1st floor scan face for the entrance guard system and take the elevator for high floors (26th -40th floor) to the test venue (during 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 12:00-13:00 p.m. the elevator will be over-crowding. 3. Before entering our test venue test takers should follow the instructions below:
1) Test takers must wear masks.
2) Test takers must present the IELTS admission ticket for the test of the day. Test takers (including minors under the age of 18) are required to enter the test venue at the designated time on the admission ticket. Parents/attendants are not allowed to enter the test venue. If the test is in the morning the access to the test venue is limited to the morning of the test day. Test takers are not allowed to enter the test venue at any other time on the grounds that they want to get familiar with the test venue.
3)Test takers need to go through temperature check. Those whose temperature is at or higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the test venue.
